Mike Petsky

Mike Petsky is a seasoned investment banker with over 30 years of experience, during which he has advised hundreds of companies. He is the founder of Woodland Park Capital Advisors, a firm dedicated to providing hands-on M&A and strategic advisory services to entrepreneur-led and private equity-backed businesses often overlooked by larger investment banks.

Previously, Mike co-founded Petsky Prunier, which Bloomberg recognized as the leading investment bank for mid-market advertising, marketing, and media companies. Petsky Prunier was sold to Canaccord Genuity in 2019, where Mike served as a Managing Director for five years, before founding Woodland Park Capital Advisors.

Mike also co-founded Winterberry Group, the preeminent strategic consultancy operating at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at Gruppo, Levey & Co., specializing in M&A within the multi-channel marketing, database marketing, and marketing services sectors. He also founded Information Authorities, a competitive intelligence and industry research firm, which he sold to Gruppo, Levey.

Mike holds a B.S. from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and an M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, listening to live music, and reading history.
